DashRDP LLP Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of DashRDP LLP RDP, VPS, and related cloud hosting infrastructure. All customers, resellers, and end users must comply. This policy protects network integrity, other customers, and our ability to operate reliable hosting services.

DashRDP services are intended for legitimate business, development, and personal workloads, including:

• Remote desktop access for distributed teams and contractors
• Web application hosting, APIs, and development environments
• Automated trading, encoding, and productivity software within plan limits
• VPN endpoints, monitoring, and IT administration (where plan permits)
• Staging, testing, and production workloads that comply with applicable law

The following activities are strictly prohibited on any DashRDP service:

• Illegal content, fraud, phishing, or activities violating local or international law
• Malware, ransomware, botnets, cryptojacking, or unauthorised penetration testing
• Bulk unsolicited email (spam), SMS spam, or harassment campaigns
• Copyright infringement, piracy, or distribution of stolen credentials
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network disruption against third parties
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits minors
• Operating open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or anonymisation services without written approval
• Reselling or sublicensing resources in violation of your plan terms

Each plan includes defined CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth allocations. Sustained usage that degrades shared infrastructure, triggers upstream provider action, or exceeds plan specifications may result in throttling, upgrade requirements, or suspension.

• Cryptocurrency mining requires an approved dedicated plan
• High-bandwidth streaming and encoding must match the purchased tier
• Background processes must not interfere with hypervisor or network stability

Outbound email is restricted on default VPS and RDP plans to prevent abuse. Customers sending transactional or bulk email must use approved SMTP relays, maintain valid SPF/DKIM records, and honour unsubscribe requests. Port 25 may be blocked by default.

We investigate abuse reports and automated alerts promptly. Depending on severity, we may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate services without refund. Repeat offenders and critical violations (e.g., malware, CSAM, active attacks) are terminated immediately and may be reported to authorities.

To report abuse originating from DashRDP infrastructure, email abuse@dashrdp.com with timestamps, IP addresses, logs, and evidence. We acknowledge valid reports within 24 hours and work to resolve confirmed abuse quickly.
