If self-service reset is enabled for your plan, use the client portal to generate a new password. Otherwise, open a support ticket from the email address on your account and include your service IP or hostname. For security, we may verify account ownership before issuing new credentials.

Yes. Upgrades can usually be applied with minimal downtime contact sales or open a billing ticket with the plan you want. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. Pro-rata credits or charges may apply depending on your billing period.

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, usage, and reason for the request. Undelivered or materially mis-provisioned services may qualify within the window described in our Refund Policy. Confirm your IP address, username, and password from the client portal welcome email. Ensure your local firewall or ISP is not blocking outbound port 3389. Try the built-in Windows Remote Desktop Connection or an alternative client. If login fails, note the exact error code and contact support with your server IP and a screenshot of the error.
